Previous season

The Dragons finished the 2022–23 season 17–15, 10–8 in CAA play to finish in fifth place. They lost to UNC Wilmington in the CAA tournament quarterfinals.[1]

Offseason

On August 23, 2023, Drexel announced that the team hired former Dragons player Frantz Massenat as an assistant coach.[2]
