Gmina Kroczyce is a rural gmina (administrative district) in Zawiercie County, Silesian Voivodeship, in southern Poland. Its seat is the village of Kroczyce, which lies approximately 13 kilometres (8 mi) north-east of Zawiercie and 54 km (34 mi) north-east of the regional capital Katowice.

The gmina covers an area of 110.15 square kilometres (42.5 sq mi), and as of 2019 its total population is 6,331.
