Kicina [kʲiˈt͡ɕina] (German: Liebhausen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Bartoszyce, within Bartoszyce County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland, close to the border with the Kaliningrad Oblast of Russia.[2] It lies approximately 14 kilometres (9 mi) west of Bartoszyce and 50 km (31 mi) north of the regional capital Olsztyn.

The village has a population of 30.
